At a time when California state parks budgets are in trouble and parks are being closed, it seems like an excessive effort is being made to pursue and prosecute people who are being nude in a traditional nude beach at San Onofre State Park. The park has a $15 day use fee…you’d think they’d WANT people to come visit.  I’ve been there…it’s in an out of the way area, it’s not like the beach is in the middle of a city.  It seems ridiculous to outlaw and prosecute simple non-sexual beach nudity under these circumstances.
